At Rasroots, we carefully prepare and package every order to ensure our handcrafted pickles reach you fresh and safely.
Please read our shipping policy before placing an order.
1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During festive seasons or high demand, processing time may slightly increase.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery timelines:

Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

Other Locations: 3–7 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier service and location.
Please note: Delivery delays due to weather, courier issues, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.

We may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotional campaigns.
4. Packaging & Leakage Policy
Pickles naturally contain oil, which helps preserve them.
We ensure secure packaging; however:

Minor oil traces inside outer packaging may occur during transit.

This does not affect product safety or quality.
If you receive a severely damaged or leaking product:

Inform us within 24 hours of delivery

Claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted.
5. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
We are not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Failed deliveries due to wrong contact details
If the package is returned to us due to incorrect address, reshipping charges will apply.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier makes multiple delivery attempts and the order is not accepted:

The order may be returned to us.

Re-shipping charges will apply.

Refunds (if any) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling costs.
7. Cash on Delivery (If Applicable)

COD orders may require confirmation via call or message.

We reserve the right to cancel unverified COD orders.
Repeated COD rejections may result in blocking future COD orders.
8. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
9. International Shipping
Currently, we ship within India only.
